The application of cone roller bearings in agricultural machinery

The cone roller bearings mainly bear the radial -based diameter and axial joint load. The bearing bearing capacity depends on the rolling angle of the outer circle. The larger the angle, the greater the carrying capacity. This type of bearing is a separate bearing. According to the number of columns of the rolling parts in the bearing, it is divided into single, dual -column and four -column cone roller bearings. Single -column cone roller bearing gaps need to be adjusted during installation; dual -column and four -column cone roller bearings are given as given according to user requirements when the product leaves the factory, and no user adjustment is required.

The cone roller bearing produced by BUC is rounded and rolled in the inner and outer roller. The barrier of the roller is a hard car process. The optimized gear structure helps reduce friction and improve the lubrication effect of the bearings. Compared with the traditional process, it effectively improves the axial load by 1.5 times. In the agricultural machinery, the cone roller bearing is applied to hydraulic motors, hydraulic pumps, transmission small cone gear brackets, and rear axle drivers integrated with gearboxes.
